October 2, 2018 – Dara Lynn Freytag of Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers, P.C. was one of three presenters at a continuing education seminar hosted by the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. The presentation was titled “Advanced Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax Topics.” Attorney Freytag and her co-presenters covered various advanced topics on GST tax and planning, including allocating GST exemption, the GST aspects of gift tax returns and estate tax returns, reverse QTIP elections and late GST allocations. Other presenters were Nathan Brown (Proskauer Rose LLP, Boca Raton, FL) and Brandon Ross (JP Morgan, Washington, DC). Over 80 people attended the live presentation, and a video is available for download online at the ABA website.
