TBHR & The Business Coalition promote ServiceSolutionsUSA

Friday, July 20, 2012

Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers, P.C. (TBHR) is pleased to announce that The Business Coalition, an organization the firm helped found, is now a recognized partner in the U.S. Commercial Service Strategic Partnership Program, a trade promotion arm of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration.  The Business Coalition, a non-profit organization that advises foreign-based companies seeking to conduct business in the United States, is a natural partner for assisting U.S. Commercial Service with its goal of enhancing promotion of U.S. exports.  By partnering with the U.S. Commercial Service, The Business Coalition will assist the Program with its efforts to build public/private partnerships to facilitate communication with millions of U.S. businesses about gaining access to global business opportunities available from the U.S. Commercial Service.

To further its goal of promoting U.S. exports, the U.S. Commercial Service built the ServiceSolutionsUSA Directory, an online directory to allow U.S.-based professional service providers to identify and connect with Spanish companies doing business or investing in the United States.  The Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade, the American Chamber of Commerce in Spain and the Confederation of Employers and Industries of Spain all promote the ServiceSolutionsUSA Directory in Spain.  The Business Coalition is proud to be a business association promoting the directory in the United States.

Edward Tarlow, a partner at TBHR, was delighted to hear about The Business Coalition being recognized as a partner of U.S. Commercial Service and about U.S. Commercial Service’s work building the ServiceSolutionsUSA Directory. TBHR has actively assisted foreign companies looking to do business in the U.S., and TBHR attorney William R. Rodgers recently presented at the RCC Spanish Delegation’s meeting at Harvard Business School to discuss how Spanish companies could invest and set up businesses in the United States (and specifically in Massachusetts). Attorney Tarlow urged, “Any U.S. company interested in trade opportunities with Spain should check out the ServiceSolutionsUSA Directory.”
