Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers, P.C. Welcomes Patricia Saint James as a Partner and Chairperson of the Firm's Domestic Relations Practice

We are very pleased to welcome Patricia Saint James as a Partner here at Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers, P.C., where she will serve as Chairperson of the firm’s Domestic Relations Practice.

Ms. Saint James has been recognized and honored as a top lawyer by a number of prominent publications, including the Boston Women’s Business Journal, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, the Boston Globe, and Boston Magazine. As part of her domestic relations practice, Ms. Saint James serves as a board member of the Massachusetts Family and Probate Inn of Court, and a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation.

As Chairperson of the Domestic Relations Practice, Ms. Saint James leads an experienced team of attorneys focused on complex litigation involving custody disputes, valuation of assets, tax analysis, and jurisdictional issues. The practice also assists clients by drafting pre-nuptial agreements and negotiating divorce agreements.

In addition to her domestic relations work, Patricia Saint James has an extensive background in transactional real estate law, covering both commercial and residential properties and projects. She represents developers and lending institutions in the acquisition, development, management, and sale of land, office and commercial properties, shopping malls, condominiums, and hotels.
