Boston, MA, January 15, 2015:  Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers attorney John D. Finnegan was a contributor to the recently published Massachusetts Municipal Law manual. The manual, which is published by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), is a comprehensive resource, containing explanations of  many statutory and regulatory sources and case decisions with clear practice tips, to inform both the generalist and the specialist on what makes a city or town tick. John, the immediate past-president of the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association, co-authored the manual’s chapter on Bankruptcy.
