TBHR’s David Valente has been re-appointed to the position of Vice-Chair of the IRA Accounts & Plan Distribution Committee, which is part of the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. Attorney Valente has served as the Vice-Chair of the committee for the past year, and will continue in that role through August, 2019.

The ABA Section Real Property, Trust and Estate Law is a leading national forum for lawyers, with some 22,000 members. The Trust and Estate Section focuses on all aspects of trusts, estate planning, employee benefits, insurance, and probate and trust litigation.
