We are pleased to announce that David Valente has joined Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers as an Associate in Trusts & Estates Practice Group. David's practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable giving, as well as complex federal and state tax matters for individuals and business entities, estates and trusts.

Prior to joining Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers, David practiced trusts & estate law at several prominent Boston law firms. He currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association’s IRA Accounts & Plan Distribution Committee. He is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, the Trusts and Estates Consortium, the Justinian Law Society, and the Boston Bar Association. David was selected as a New England “Rising Star” for Estate Planning & Probate in both 2016 and 2017.

David Valente is a graduate of Boston College, and Suffolk University Law School. He earned a Master’s degree in Taxation from the Suffolk University Sawyer School of Management, and Master of Laws in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law. He is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP).
