TBHR Of Counsel John Finnegan played an important part in the 13th Annual Municipal Law Conference 2015 presented by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. (MCLE) on March 18, 2015. As President of the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association, John provided opening remarks for the conference, and he was also responsible for presenting the bankruptcy portion of the Municipal Finance Law Update. This is one of the most prestigious conferences for municipal attorneys and outside counsel in the state.
