Fifteen years ago, Joe Biden was a U.S. Senator from Delaware and Catherine (Hobbs) Watson was a senior at Suffolk University Law School. At the graduation ceremony for the class of 2005, Cathy was chosen by her classmates to be the student speaker and Senator Biden delivered the commencement address. Both went on to have sterling careers, Biden as Vice President under Barack Obama and now the newly elected President of the United States, and Watson as a well-respected attorney at Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers, P.C.
