Biography
Ellen holds a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and specializes in corporate and business transactions, and estate planning law solutions for businesses and individuals.

As an Associate in the corporate department, Ellen assists with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and other forms of businesses by guiding clients through the formation process with care and efficiency. She has experience working on mergers and acquisitions (both buy and sell side), secured transactions, counsel on compliance matters, and key employee matters.

On the estate planning side, Ellen drafts personalized estate plans for individuals and families, including wills, revocable trusts, incapacity documents, and other documents intended to minimize tax liabilities and achieve client’s personal and financial goals.

Prior to her role as an Associate, Ellen worked full-time as an assistant in the estate planning Department at Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers, while simultaneously pursuing her J.D. through Suffolk University Law School’s evening program. In her free time, Ellen enjoys skiing, trivia, and cheering on the Boston Celtics.
