Peter serves as the firm’s external Executive Director. He is the founder and principal of Law Practice Consultants, LLC, a nationally prominent legal consulting firm.

As Executive Director Peter provides strategic direction for TBHR, guides the firm’s business development and client retention efforts, and consults on management issues. He also consults with the firm in the areas of succession planning, practice group management, compensation system reviews, and assessing and improving firm profitability.

Peter is the former Managing Partner of a Boston firm where he practiced law for seventeen years. He has written articles for a number of law firm management publications on topics ranging from client interviews to business development and marketing. In addition, he speaks frequently on a variety of law firm management issues for organizations including the Legal Marketing Association, Association of Legal Administrators and numerous bar associations.
