Held on February 26, 2009 at the Radisson Hotel, the program featured presentations by Katherine Craven, Executive Director, Massachusetts School Building Authority, David Perini, Commissioner, Massachusetts Division of Capital Management (DCAM), Edward Adelman, Executive Director, Massachusetts State College Building Authority, and Stephan Chait, Director of Capital Projects, University of Massachusetts Building Authority.
Established in 1921, the Massachusetts Building Congress provides a business and networking forum for companies and individuals in the building industry. This program was presented in cooperation with the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts.
