Our Municipal Law Group acts as special counsel to municipalities in various environmental, tax and bankruptcy matters. Representative matters include:

• Recovery of a $7,000,000 environmental claim
• Special counsel to a municipality with regard to a matter with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue
• Special municipal counsel in pending commercial bankruptcies where the municipality is a creditor
• Special counsel to treasurers and collectors of Massachusetts cities and towns
