Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers Participates in Nationwide IMLA Program on Bankruptcy Issues

Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers attorneys Rob Kerwin and John Finnegan recently presented an International Municipal Lawyers Association (IMLA) "Hot Topic" interactive teleconference, "Protecting Your Community When Bankruptcy Issues Arise," where they addressed emerging issues for municipalities to consider when dealing with bankruptcy matters.

Registered attendees included counsel from Anchorage, AK to Boston, MA.  Mr. Kerwin was an IMLA fellow and past president of the City Solicitor Town Counsel Association.  Mr. Finnegan sits on the Executive Board of the CSTCA.  Both attorneys appear frequently in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
