Attorney Michael J. Radin spoke at the 19th Annual Meeting of IAMERS, the International Association of Medical Equipment Remarketers and Services, held in Washington D.C. from April 24 – 27, 2012. Attorney Radin lead the legal portion of a panel discussion that addressed critical valuation issues in sales of privately held businesses. In his presentation, Attorney Radin focused on the role letters of intent play in the transition from planning to execution.
