Warren Kirshenbaum to Present at CLE Course "Foreclosure Law in Boston"
On January 23, 2007, Warren Kirshenbaum will be a presenter at a CLE Course entitled Foreclosure Law in Boston. Warren will discuss the mortgage foreclosure process from beginning to end providing you with information regarding the decision to foreclose and the factors to consider through preparation, defenses and counterclaims, pleadings, sale procedure, order of confirmation and distribution, receivership and title issues. Warren will also discuss the ethical considerations involved in foreclosure.
