Two Tarlow Breed Attorneys to Present at Fourth Annual In-House Compliance Program for the Massachusetts Bar Association
Robert Kerwin and Jennifer Roman will be presenters at the Fourth Annual In-House Compliance Program for the Massachusetts Bar Association on December 12, 2006. Their presentation is on the new electronic discovery rules and developments in that area. Discussion will include the obligations of a party when it comes to electronic discovery, how lawyers can facilitate the process of electronic discovery and preserving the attorney-client privilege during the electronic discovery process.
