John R. Blake, Jr. named a Member of the Firm
Congratulations to John R. Blake, Jr. who became a Member of the Firm on January 1, 2006. John is an integral part of the Firm's Real Estate Group. His practice includes the acquisition/disposition of commercial real estate, commercial lending (both real estate and asset-based), commercial leasing, banking, environmental and land use law. John has represented both lenders and borrowers in commercial lending transactions, as well as developers of both residential and commercial real estate in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
John is a frequent contributor to the New England Real Estate Journal and lectures on the topic of real estate lending requirements and loan documentation in Massachusetts. |
