On Tuesday May 15, 2012, John D. Finnegan, Esq. of the Firm's Municipal Law Group participated in a seminar discussing the legal fundamentals concerning the acquisition of tax assets and land court foreclosure procedures in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  The Seminar, which took place at Lantana in Randolph, was hosted and co-presented by Thomas J. Weitbrecht II and Stephen D. Paulin Sr. of Strategic Auction Alliance, 22 River Street, Suite 13, Braintree, MA 02184, who have been engaged by the City of Quincy to conduct a Tax Title Assignment Auction on May 22, 2012.
