Greg D. Peterson Recognized in Chambers USA 2011 for “Renowned” Environmental Permitting Practice

BOSTON, MA - Greg D. Peterson, a partner at Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers, P.C., was recognized in the 2011 edition of the prestigious Chambers USA as a Notable Practitioner in the category of Environmental law in Massachusetts.

Chambers writes that Mr. Peterson "is renowned for an environmental permitting practice that covers wetlands, groundwater discharge, transportation, public sewage connections and air plan reviews. Peers describe him as an 'extremely effective environmental attorney.' "

Mr. Peterson also assists clients with the purchase and sale of contaminated properties, liability transfers, brownfields re-development, environmental insurance and environmental indemnities. He works with clients to develop business strategies related to environmental impact review processes, permitting, and acquiring local land use approvals. His work includes office and industrial properties, multi-family residential and mixed-use developments, a liquefied natural gas terminal, a gas-fired electric power generation plant, and alternative energy facilities. Alongside his environmental work, Mr. Peterson guides clients through the complex process of legislative and regulatory policy development and drafting.
