Covid-19 Update March 25, 2020

March 25, 2020

Like much of nation, the attorneys and staff of Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers, P.C. are now working remotely in response to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. While it was our original intent to work in this dispersed manner for two weeks, we will follow recommendations from state and local authorities on an appropriate date to return to our offices.

There is nothing routine about the world we inhabit today. Yet the business of doing business continues. We have been working hard to provide a level of assurance and confidence throughout this period of uncertainty. We are here to support our clients and friends in the business community who, like us, are focused on continuity and stability.

This means continuing to work to meet the corporate and personal legal needs of our clients and the wider community. Deals are still being made. Estate plans are being adjusted and adapted. Real estate continues to be developed. Tax strategies continue to be honed. Disputes still need to be settled. And, although courts throughout the state remain closed, we continue to investigate, research and prepare cases for their eventual reopening.

We are also available to help you manage your business and personal affairs as they relate to the coronavirus crisis. That includes adjusting to new tax deadlines, working on business continuity, dealing with employee relations issues, and other challenges as they arise.

Please keep in mind that we are fully accessible to you through a range of communications options, including telephone, email, text, conference call, and video conference. Our attorney telephone numbers are automatically forwarded, as are emails.

If, for any reason, you have difficulty reaching your attorney or other staff member, please leave a message at the firm’s main number (617-218-2000) and your call will be returned promptly.

We urge all of our clients, friends and their families to take appropriate preventative measures to help stem the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Working together we can emerge from this crisis stronger and fully prepared to move forward.
