Emily joined the firm in 2007 and focuses her practice on business litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Emily was a senior associate with Ropes & Gray LLP, where she concentrated on complex civil litigation, including breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secret, product disparagement, and SEC investigations. Emily also served as a law clerk to Honorable Paul J. Barbadoro of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
