Kerry is a Member in the Litigation Department of Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers. He has over 20 years of experience in handling complex litigation matters involving contracts, environmental issues, landfills, fraud, unfair competition, business related torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, family business disputes, municipalities, real estate, construction, intellectual property, employment and general tort liability. Kerry is skilled in the Courtroom as well as at public hearings, arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution forums. Kerry also provides pre-litigation counsel to assist clients in preventing costly litigation.
