Michael works extensively with clients in their corporate, distribution, real estate, finance and intellectual property matters. Some of those areas are:

Corporate / Finance. Michael's expertise includes debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, franchise and distribution. His work is driven by an appreciation of the financial and operational impacts of every transaction.

Real Estate / Distribution. Michael works extensively with acquisition, development, financing, leasing, exchanges and dispositions of real estate. In the franchising arena, Michael represents franchisors, franchisees and franchise groups (such as co-ops) on a full range of issues.

Intellectual Property. Michael helps clients develop and manage their intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, patents and trade secrets. Michael has counseled extensively on matters involving covenants not to compete.
