Geoffrey joined the firm in 2004 and is Chair of the Real Estate Group. He specializes in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate. His clients are principally property development companies, property management companies, family real estate holdings and national or regional retailers. Geoffrey previously was a partner in the firm Rachstein, Norman & Buchman LLP, and prior to that served as an attorney then General Counsel at the CVS Corporation.
