"The appeal of corporate law is in assisting entrepreneurs and closely-held businesses with their legal needs and through that process gaining a level of client trust that allows the relationship to evolve to a business and legal counselor. Only through confidence and trust will the lawyer/client relationship become one where the client seeks business planning and counseling advice. It is this role for the lawyer that makes the practice of law stimulating and challenging. Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers recognizes that the best interest of the clients demand practicing law towards establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships founded on service, quality and value."
