Mark is Chair of the firm's Litigation Department. He has over thirty years of experience representing clients in business and other civil disputes. Mark's practice includes handling cases involving conflict among business owners, director and officer liability, contract claims, professional liability, creditors' rights, commercial litigation, construction litigation, environmental litigation, employment litigation and insurance and bond claims. Mark has extensive experience handling trials, arbitrations and mediations. He has represented clients in numerous federal courts throughout the country. In addition to handling disputes, Mark advises numerous business clients on a wide variety of legal matters. Mark is also a member of the Firm's Management Committee.
