BOSTON, MA - Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers, P.C. is pleased to announce that the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce (NVCC) has named partner Albert A. DeNapoli the Business Person of Year for 2010. At the Chamber's Annual Awards dinner last night in Foxboro, Mr. DeNapoli was recognized as the individual whose personal guidance and leadership has made a positive contribution to the Neponset Valley community. NVCC praised Mr. DeNapoli for his "selfless giving of time and talent over the years" to NVCC and his involvement in the economic and community development issues in the region.
Mr. DeNapoli concentrates his practice in all areas of civil litigation. His focus involves complex business issues, primarily involving contract disputes and employment issues. He also has a broad depth of experience in family and probate law. DeNapoli is chairman of the firm's Hospitality Practice Group which represents a diverse clientele including restaurants and national hotel chains in matters such as leasing, franchising and licensing.
Mr. DeNapoli is Past Chairman of the NVCC, and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Board, and is also General Counsel to the Chamber. Since 1894 the NVCC has been a driving force in the Neponset Valley, fostering and promoting business growth and success.
In addition, Mr. DeNapoli is a Founding Member and Executive Director of the Family Business Association whose mission is to recognize excellence within family businesses and provide resources to help family businesses succeed.
Mr. DeNapoli and his family live in Walpole where he has served as a Selectman and Town Meeting Member.
